Went here today...
Wow. That was some exciting footage.
In the middle of Tokyo it's a place where buisness men go to chill out, smoke cigarettes and oh yeah, catch some fish.
It costs 600 Yen for one hour. (If you catch a certain amount of fish then the second hour is free)
I didn't exactly set the angling world on fire as I didn't catch a thing but everyone else didn't seem to find it very hard.
I guess the fish get pretty stressed cause while we were there a dead fish popped up right next to us. I couldn't really claim it as a catch though.
